摘    要:教学质量年报制度是现代大学制度的有机组成部分,也是学校履行社会职责、谋求自身发展的重要环节。本文从分析教学质量年报制度的内涵出发,分析了我国现代大学教学质量年报制度的实施现状和存在的问题,比如主观能动性不强、报告内容不全面、目标不明确等。实施教学质量年报制度,不仅完善高校教学质量监控体系,实现本科教学水平合格评估,更重要地是对提高教学质量,完善人才培养机制有着重要作用。

An analysis on the reply of teaching quality annual report system to the improvement of teaching quality
Abstract:The teaching quality annual report system is not only an integral part of modern university system, but also an important link in performing social responsibilities and seeking their own development for the universities. In this article, from the analysis of the connotation of the teaching quality annual report system, the author analyzes the implementation status and the existing problems, for example, the subjective initiative is not strong, the content of the report is not comprehensive, and the goal is not clear, and so on. The implement of the teaching quality annual report system not only improve the teaching quality monitoring system, realize the level of undergraduate teaching qualiifed evaluation, but also improve the quality of teaching and improve the talent training mechanism which plays the important rely.
