网络公共领域的形成及其可能

作为公共领域发展史上一个特殊存在形式的网络公共领域实现了公共领域的"大众化"转型,较之于传统公共领域扩大了参与主体,讨论内容也更加多样和全面。它不仅催生了中国公民的参与意识和权利意识,而且通过舆论压力的形式在一定程度上制约了政治强制行为的发生和国家权力的肆意延伸,对于实现社会公平正义、维护公民合法权益和释放社会压力、缓解社会矛盾等具有重要意义。当前中国网络公共领域的发展远不够成熟,需要加强相关法律法规建设,提升网民公共理性和公共情怀,突显其"公共性"本色。

The Formation of Network Public Sphere and its Possibility

As a rather special form in the history of public sphere network public sphere appears to result in the popular transformation of public sphere,expands the participator compared to the traditional public sphere and makes the discussion more diverse and comprehensive.The network public sphere not only gives birth to the awareness of Chinese citizen’s participation and rights,but also restricts the occurrence of political coercion and arbitrary extension of state power through the pressure of public opinion to some extent.It is of great significance to achieve social fairness and justice,safeguard the legitimate interests of citizens,release social pressure and alleviate social contradictions.We should strengthen the relevant laws and regulations,enhance network public sentiment and public reason of the participator and highlight its public characteristics because Chinese network public sphere is far from mature currently.
