制造企业供应链的契约制度探析

供应链契约设计的目标是建立在双方信任基础上具有信息识别功能的、具有自制性机制和调节机制的关系契约。建立此类契约时应从非正式制度设计的角度出发，主要包括信任机制与文化机制的设计。本文着重分析了信任机制、文化机制对制造业供应链企业问契约的影响。通过对其作用机理以及影响程度上的探讨和研究看出，非正式制度在促进供应链节点企业合作、减少交易成本和避免机会主义行为等方面具有管理制度不可替代的作用。建立一套适合我国制造业供应链节点企业间合作机制具有一定的借鉴意义。

Mechanism Design of Supply Chain Contract in Manufacturing Enterprises

The design target of supply chain contract identified, self-autonomy and self-modulation based on view,this contract must include trust mechanism and is building the relation contract which includes information trust of both sides. From the informal regulationnal point of culture mechanism. This paper analyzes trust and culture mechanisms and their effect on supply chain contract. Through the mechanism and effect level analyzed,the informal regulation has irreplaceable function compared with formal regulation in such fieldas promoting cooperation of supply chain enterprises,reducing trading cost,and avoiding opportunity behavior. This paper provides reference to the cooperation of supply chain enterprises in Chinese manufacturing industry.
