中土关系四十年：回顾与展望

中土两国有着悠久的交往史，尤其是1971年实现关系正常化以后，双边关系进入了一个新阶段。尽管自建交以来，两国关系因受各种因素的影响，发展并不十分顺利，但总体上取得了较大进步。进入21世纪后，两国都步入崛起阶段，双方开始从战略的高度审视相互关系的走势。本文通过回顾中土关系的历史，梳理双边关系中存在的问题，进而展望未来双边关系的发展前景。
