| 摘 要： | 如果从人文关怀与人性理念看,刑法蕴含着人类的审美意识;刑法凝聚着人类的审美追求;刑法遵循着“美的规律”。三者的结合决定了刑法的美学性质,致使刑法表现出极为浓厚的审美意蕴。
