| 摘 要： | 在大学生就业问题越来越受到广泛关注的情况下，高校思想政治理论教育应发挥其应有的教育功能，在促进大学生就业方面承担更积极的角色。高校思想政治理论教育应该在培养大学生就业基础能力方面提供重要指导，在其就业准备和就业指导方面发挥特殊作用，为大学生终身职业发展打基础方面提供理论指导。

| Abstract: | More and more attention is being paid to the difficulties of university graduates in finding jobs. The education of ideo- logical and political theory should come into its play, and play a more positive role in obtaining employment. It should offer a big guide in cultivating the students＇ basic abilities of getting a job, make a peculiar effect in preparation and guidance to the students, thus provide the theoretical direction to the better foundation of the students for the lifelong professional development. |
