| 摘 要： | 商务英语教学是培养适应全球经济一体化发展需求的复合型英语人才的有效途径。商务英语教师在培养人才的过程中起着重要作用。在分析商务英语教师应具备的能力及素质的基础上，指出了高校商务英语师资的不足，着重探讨了加强商务英语师资队伍建设的模式和有效途径。
