| 摘 要： | 本文结合知识经济的特征和学习型组织的基本理论,阐述了在当今世界经济新秩序下,建立学习型组织对强化企业生存竞争能力的重要意义,探讨了现代中国企业按照学习型组织的要求,进行企业转型的必要性和紧迫性,并提出了几条具体的对策.

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristic of knowledge economy and the fundamental theory of learning pattern organization, this article discusses the importance of constructing learning pattern organization for Chinese enterprises under the present world economy order. This paper also analyzes the necessity and urgency of migration for contemporary enterprise in China according to the requirement of learning pattern organization based on some proposed concrete ideas. |
