| 摘 要： | 在对我国大学生就业现状调查的基础上 ,系统地分析了大学毕业生就业状况、存在问题、面临的形势和发展趋势。根据建立以人才市场为导向、毕业生自主择业新的就业机制的要求 ,从政府、用人单位和高校三个层面上提出构建适合中国国情、有利于大学毕业生充分就业的制度和环境的对策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation into employment of Chinese university graduates, the employment situation, existent problems and development tendency as well as the present issues are systematically analyzed. To meet the requirement of setting up a new employment system for university graduates, which features talent market orientation and employment choice on one's own, some countermeasures and suggestions are presented on establishing such a new system. The new employment system, which is associated with three aspects - governments, employers and universities, is expected to conform with China's actual situation and to be helpful for full employment of university graduates. |
