| 摘 要： | 解放思想的实质是变革世界观。世界观是历史的而不是非历史的,是发展的而不是凝固的。变革世界观,就是使思想从脱离时代特征、世界潮流和创新实践的陈旧观念中解放出来,从禁锢思想的各种僵化的思想前提中解放出来,从在绝对不相容的对立中思维的思维方式中解放出来,从因循守旧和无所作为的精神状态中解放出来,形成远视未来和透视现实的能力,为创新实践开辟道路。
