| 摘 要： | 逻辑经验主义继承了实证主义哲学体系反形而上学的历史使命，认为哲学问题只涉及科学知识的逻辑结构，一个命题或理论的意义在于对一个适当的可观察语句进行事实检验。笔者试图在逻辑经验主义和法学研究方法之间勾勒出某种逻辑上的联系，发掘出逻辑经验主义遗产中可能蕴含的对法学研究方法的启示。

| Abstract: | Logical positivism inherits the historical mission of positivism that opposes metaphysics and argues that philosophic issues involve only the logical structure of scientific knowledge and the meaning of a proposition or theory lies in verifying the facts about a perceptible sentence.This article tries to draw the outline of the relation between logical positivism and the method of law research,and seek the inspiration for the method of law research from the legacy of logical positivism. |
