| 摘 要： | 列宁强调必须通过法律来巩固社会主义国家政权,治理和管理国家的各种事务。他在领导第一个社会主义国家的建设过程中,提出的有关社会主义法制建设的观点、原则为苏维埃国家以及后来的其他社会主义国家的法制建设奠定了理论基础。列宁在实践中形成的社会主义国家立法、执法、法制教育及法律监督等方面的思想无疑对加速我国法治国家的进程是有益的。
