| 摘 要： | 欧洲货币体系的建立是欧洲一体化史上具有承前启后意义的一个重大成果 ,而施密特和吉斯卡尔领导的德法两国则在这一体系的酝酿、谈判和建立过程中发挥了至关重要的作用。事实上 ,就像在此之前的众多谈判一样 ,这一体系的建立也是德法两国相互合作、相互妥协的结果

| Abstract: | The establishment of European Monetary System is a great achievement in the history of European integration. Germany and France, leaded by Schimdt and Gischard, played a very important role in the negotiation and establishing of the system like the way they played in many former negotiations. In fact the establishment of the system is the compromise of French and German interests. |
