| Abstract: | The development and advance of the society call for the legalization of activities. From thisarises the necessity of administering the archives according to the laws. Laws and regulations shouldbe strictly observed when exploiting and publishing the archives, the legal awareness should bestrengthened,and the interests of all sides should be defended in the range of the laws- Patent right asa kind of intellectual property should be defended in our archives work. The paper discusses from fiveaspects the exploitation and publication of the archives,how to defend the patent right,to safeguardthe interests of the patentees and promote rationally the spread and exploitation of the results in scientific research. |
