罗汝芳的教育思想

罗汝芳一生大量的时间都在从事教育活动，在此过程中形成了有自己特色的教育思想。他的教育对象主要是入其门称弟子者、讲会上的论辩者、听众等。他认为教育的目的就是要教人修身，然后“明明德于天下”。他的教育内容主要有四个方面，即：“求仁”、“赤子之心”、“孝弟慈”、敷演“圣谕六言”等。在教育方法上，他主要的方法有宣讲式和互动讨论式。互动讨论式主要是由学生向老师问问题。或老师向学生提问题，再大家针对问题辩论，堂上为了活跃气氛还可插入歌吟等活动，形式不拘一格。在学习方法上，他强调多思、发愤、时习、作疑、悟，他重视老师问题，他认为老师应是“善之至”、“立人之极”。他的教育思想内容丰富，值得研究。

Luo Rufang's Ideology in Education
