山西境内抗日民主政权土地法规的立法思想

Guiding Ideology of Land Legislation of Anti-Japanese Democratic Regimes in Shanxi Province

During the Anti-Japanese War, the Communist party of China established the Shanxi- Chahaer-Hebei, JinSui and Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan areas as the three major Anti-Japanese base areas in Shanxi Province. In these areas, a variety of land laws and regulations were formulated and implemented. These land legislations took strengthening and developing the Anti-Japanese base areas and the final victory of the Anti-Japanese War as the guiding ideology, and accordingly they attached great importance to the economic construction, developed agricultural production, improved people＇s livelihood, and consolidated and developed the Anti-Japanese national united front. These land laws and regulations formulated under the guidance of these thoughts laid a solid foundation for the consolidation and development of Anti-Japanese base areas, and the final victory of the Anti-Japanese War.
