| 摘 要： | 循环经济是人类模仿自然生态系统而建立起来的一种新型的经济发展模式,目前,发达国家正在把发展循环经济看作是实施可持续发展战略的重要途径和实现形式。本文介绍了循环经济的内涵及其原则,分析了我国发展循环经济的必要性,并提出了一些具体的政策建议。
