摘    要:当代教师教育应该是涵盖了职前、职后教育在内的一体化的教育。教师教育一体化要求我们在遵循教师发展内在规律、符合我国基础教育改革发展实际需要以及考虑教师教育现实状况的基础上,通过制度创新和机构改革、重新厘定培养目标、优化课程结构、创新培养模式等路径,逐步实现教师教育一体化的目标。

Abstract:Contemporary education must cover pre-career and post-career education.The gleichshcaltung requires that we gradually realize the target of teacher-education gleichshaltung through innovation of system,recasting of education target,etc.based on the law of teacher development,the needs of elementary education development,and the fact of teacher education.
