| 摘 要： | 《黑暗的中心》是英国现代派作家约瑟夫·康拉德的代表作。小说的“话语”呈现典型的现代性特征 ,对此文章将以话语分析的方式予以解析。文章所及“话语”界定在叙述学和语用学两个视域中 ,因此着重分析小说的叙事形式、诗性特征及其意义生成的方式。小说的现代性话语分析将以传统性和后现代性话语的特征为参照。以话语分析的方式考察现代派小说的特征可以更为方便地解释现代派小说缘何渐渐疏离于广大的受众。

| Abstract: | Heart of Darkness is a representative works of Joseph Gonrad's. The Novel's discourse is of typical modernistic nature, which has been, in this paper, exhibited by means of discourse analysis. The term discourse is defined in the fields of both narratology and pragmatics. Hence, the paper focuses on the analysis of the narrative mode, poetic features as well as on the generation of the novel's meaning. Besides, the features peculiar to traditional discourse and to post\|modernistic discourse have also been involved. It is more convenient to interpret why modernistic novels have increasingly alienated themselves from average readers, if they are studied through discourse analysis. |
