治疗性生活方式改变加药物治疗对南宁市部分群体糖代谢的干预效果：社区人群心脑血管事件前瞻性研究系列之八

目的研究治疗性生活方式改变加药物对社区人群糖代谢的干预效果。方法采用随机整群抽样南宁市两个社区的671人为研究对象，分别于干预前、两年后、三年后，测量空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2小时血糖（PBG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）并计算HOMA稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMAIR）、HOMA模型β细胞功能指数（HOMAβ）。结果两年后观察人群的FBG、PBG和HOMAIR比干预前有显著下降（P〈0．01），而HOMAIR显著升高（P〈0．01）；观察三年后较干预前所有指标均显著下降（P〈0．01），三年后较两年后FBG、PBG变化无显著性差异（P〉0．05），而FINS、HOMAIR、HOMAIS下降仍具有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论治疗性生活方式改变加药物对社区人群糖代谢产生显著的有益影响。

Research on the effect of therapeutic lifestyle change plus medication intervention on the community peolple with abnormal glucose tolerance

Objective Research on therapeutic lifestyle change plus medication of the community groups effect on abnormal glucose metabolism intervention. Methods We used a random cluster sampling of Nanning City in line with the two communities included in the standard 671 as an integrated intervention in the treatment of subjects,and measurement on fasting blood glucose（FBG）,postprandial blood glucose 2 hours,fasting insulin and calculated the HOMA steady-state model of insulin resistance index（HOMAIR）,Homa model β-cell function index （HOMAβ） on pre-interventionr,two years later,three years later. Results Two years later,the FBG,PBG,FINS and HOMAIR were more significantly decreased than those of pre-intervention （P〈0.01）,and the HOMAIS was significantly increased （P〈0.01）;and all the observation indicators decline significantly three years later （P〈0.01）,compare three years later with two years later there was no significant difference on the FBG,PBG change （P〉0.05） ,however,the decline of FINS,HOMAIR,HOMAIS still has significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Therapeutic lifestyle change plus medication on the community groups have a significant beneficial impact on glucose metabolism.
