论当前我国刑罚目的之取向

文章叙列了一般预防和特殊预防对我国刑罚目的取向的意义。提出我国刑罚目的取向从目前的以一般预防为主是基于目前治安和社会状况的现实考虑，而将来的可能转向则是以特殊预防为主。

On the Origin of Constitution

One of the basic categories of constitution and the origin of constitution are analysed and discussed from the angle of comparative research. According to the constitutional theory and the practice of foreign countries to establish their constitution, the origin of Chnese constitution can be classified as seven parts: the constitution code,the amendment of constitution, the constitutional law, the constitutional documents, the constitutional practice, the interpretation of constitution and treaties and agreements.
