近代甘肃定西地区经济发展的制约因素及经验教训

曾经孕育了灿烂夺目的史前文化,传承着汉唐古风和丝绸古道的定西地区,进入近代以来,竟以"苦甲天下"而闻名,总体经济水平落后,在全国属于最贫困的地区之一。究其制约因素本文认为主要有三:土地高度集中,限制了近代定西经济的大力发展;兵荒天灾、内忧外患,是制约近代定西经济发展的又一因素;思想封闭、观念落后、"小富即安"的小农意识。从定西地区在近代发展经济的艰难历程中,本文认为可以得出以下经验教训:第一、发展经济首先需要解放思想;第二、合理调整种植业结构、提高土地经济效益;第三、加快农业市场体系建设;第四、加快农业产业化进程。

Factors Affecting Economic Development of Ding Xi in Gansu Province in Modern Times

Ding Xi,a place where the splendid pre-historic civilization was bred and in which the ancient customs and the Silk Road found their origin,is still one of the poorest regions in China.High concentration of land,natural disasters,wars,and narrow-mindedness of local people led to low productivity in history.This paper argued that in order to have economic takeoff,firstly,people must get rid of their old ideas;secondly,the structure of agriculture should be adjusted;thirdly,the development of market system should be sped up,and finally,the process of industrialization of agriculture should be strengthened.
