| 摘 要： | 合理的课程设置是学校实现培养目标的保证。高职＂音乐表演（幼儿教育方向）专业＂课程设置中存在着学生艺术能力与教育能力形成的矛盾,基本技能训练与系统理论教育量与度的矛盾,生源专业背景和水平差异的问题。针对这些问题,课程设置要坚持＂教师性＂与＂专业性＂并重、理论学习和技能训练有机结合的基本原则。建立横向分组块、纵向有层次的专业课程与贯穿全学程、凸显职业教育特色的职业技能实训课程相结合的课程体系。
