| 摘 要： | 农业科技推广是联系着农业科研与农业生产的纽带,是实施科教兴农战略的重要载体,因此具有很重要的研究价值。在评述国内外农业科技推广体系研究现状的基础上,针对中国农业科技推广存在的问题,借鉴其他国家的成功经验,提出中国农业科技推广应重视资金的投入、推广机构管理制度的完善以及依靠法律的力量保障农业科技推广工作的顺利进行等建议。

| Abstract: | As the bridge between the agricultural research and agricultural production,agricultural S&T extension and research in this field are of great value.The essay reviews the research status of the agricultural S&T extension at home and abroad.Then it analyses the problems found in this field in China.Finally it puts forward some suggestions about the input of funds,the improvement of management system,as well as the promotion of the agricultural S&T extension relying on the force of law. |
