| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着法学教育教学方法的改革与发展,越来越多的学校尝试诊所法律教育方法并已经初见成效。应该说,法律诊所教育的导入与法学课堂教学有着相辅相承的关系。诊所法律教育应以法学课堂教育为基础,而法学课堂教学也因为有诊所法律教育而得到升华。但是,在实践教学环节,好多学校呈现出二者衔接不当甚至是互不相干的局面。本文拟在此基础上尝试二者的合理对接,使二者配合运行,共同实现法学教育的实践性教学目标。
