| 摘 要： | 中小企业如何通过直接融资获得持续发展的资金支持 ,是一个世界性的问题。本文基于对我国中小企业直接融资现状的考察 ,分析了中小企业直接融资难的原因 ,并借鉴外国的成功经验 ,着重研究如何通过健全企业法制和金融法制来解决中小企业直接融资中遇到的一些实际问题

| Abstract: | How medium-sized enterprises obtain the fund support through direct financing which continues to develop, is a world question. This article based on to medium-sized enterprises of our country direct financing present situation inspection, analyzed the reason why medium-sized enterprise have difficulty in direct financing and profited from foreign the success experiences, emphatically studied how to solves some actual problems through the perfect enterprise legal system and the financial legal system which medium-sized enterprises met in direct financing. |
