案例教学在外科学临床教学中的探讨

摘    要:以同年级同专业的两个班分别采用案例教学和传统教学,对其教学效果进行分析比较,探讨案例教学在外科学临床教学中的应用。结果表明,案例教学有利于调动学生的学习积极性,提高学生的综合知识水平和创新能力,采用案例教学实验的考核成绩优于传统教学的考核成绩,案例教学符合教学改革的发展方向。

Abstract:To investigate the use of case study in surgery teaching, case study and traditional instruction were carried out in two classes of the same grade and the same major, and the teaching effects were compared. It is found that students involved in case study get higher grades than those of traditional instruction. Case study is superior to traditional instruction in that it prompts students towards more enthusiastic learning, increases their knowledge and contributes to their innovative ability. Case study is pointing to the direction of surgery teaching innovation.
