我国高校面临若干问题的理性思考--兼谈合并高校管理中的几个难点问题

目前 ,我国高等教育正处于发展的关键时期 ,为了促进高等教育快速、健康地发展 ,必须正确认清高等教育面临的一些问题。当前我国高等教育存在着诸多问题 ,如缺乏有个性的教育思想和教育理念 ,管理体制和运行机制的官僚僵化 ,浮躁的学术氛围等。这些问题看似平淡细微 ,但却关系到我国高等教育的发展 ,必须引起重视 ,并逐步加以解决。

Thinking Rationally Some Questions Which Universities are Facing with in China

The higher education in China is in the key developing period at present. To promote the higher education to develop quickly and healthily, we must recognize some problems that we are facing correctly. This paper lists some problems existing in the higher education, which are there are short of educational thoughts and educational ideals with personality, the administrative system and moving mechanism bureaucratic and rigid, and the academic atmosphere is blundering. The paper also analyses this problems rationally and gives some methods to resolve them.
