| Abstract: | With the help of the feedback mechanism theory, the authors systematically have had a complete analysis about the competition weakening in an enterprise. Thus we suggest two models which are the ways to improve the competition of an enterprise: the collapse effect model of learning disability, which is bad to the competition of an enterprise; and the rolling snowball model of organizational learning capacity, which will be helpful to the competition of an enterprise. |
