| Abstract: | Using the synthetic study methods including documentary review,the questionnaire survey procedure,the image analytic method,the expert interview and the method of inspection and so on,the author summarize,analyze and summarize double instrument training method's type,application form as well as attention during the using course.This article provides certain theory supporting for rhythmic gymnastics athletes;instrument technical training in our country. |
