| 摘 要： | 通过对网络犯罪行为表现的分析,本文认为完善网络犯罪的刑事立法、充实网络防御技术与设备、强化网络用户的管理工作、提高网络监管队伍的力量、加强国际司法交流与合作、加强网络法制与道德教育、鼓励IT企业支持网络管理是防范网络犯罪的主要措施。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the action of the Internet crimes.The author holds that they are main measures about guarding against internet crimes which include improving legislation of internet crimes,strengthening defense technology and equipment,aggrandizing internet user management,upgrading the strength of internet supervise procession,reinforcing interflow and participation in international judicatory,intensifying internet law and moral education,and encouraging IT enterprises to in favor of internet management. |
