| 摘 要： | 广义信息技术决定论认为,信息技术不仅决定着当代社会的面貌,而且也决定了不同历史阶段的不同特征,不同的信息技术是不同时代的重要标志;信息技术决定论主张,在技术系统内部,信息技术具有普遍的主导性,是具有"第一技术"或"元技术"的功能。信息技术的这种重要性正在导向信息技术哲学的兴起。

| Abstract: | In the broad sense IT(information technology) determinism considers that the IT determines not only the visage of contemporary society but also the character of different history phases,and that different IT is the important symbol of different age.IT determinism protests that IT is of prevalent leading function within the technology system,and is the "first technology" or "meta technology".The importance of IT is leading the rise of IT philosophy. |
