| 摘 要： | 高校教师是大学生思想政治教育的主体,在大学生思想政治教育工作中发挥主导作用。高校教师的思想政治工作是影响主体功能能否充分实现的关键。当前高校教师的思想状况存在着不适应新形势的问题,需要在高校教师思想政治工作的内容、途径和方法方面有所创新。

| Abstract: | The teachers in colleges & universities are the main body for implementing students' ideological and political education, and play a guiding role in their ideological and political work. The teachers' ideological and political work is the key link to influence the full realization of the main body. There are at present some problems existing in the colleges' & universities' teachers' ideological conditions, which are unsuitable for the needs of the current situation. Therefore it is necessary to innovate the content, approaches and methods of their ideological and political work. |
