| 摘 要： | 作为刑事诉讼当事人之一的被害人，其知情权理应受到法律保护，以利于其更好地参与诉讼，实现其合法权益。但现行刑事诉讼法对被害人知情权的保护却存在诸多漏洞，不利于法治国家的建设。建议完善被害人知情权保障制度，使被害人行使其正当权利。

| Abstract: | Being one party in criminal cases,victim＇s right to be informed should be under legal protection in order that he can intervene more actively for the sake of his legal rights. But in the current law of criminal procedure, there exist many holes with regard to the protection of the victim＇s right to be informed ,which is harmful to the building of a country un- der the rule by law. Therefore, it is suggested that a system for the safeguard of victim＇s right to be informed be established to make sure that he can use his legal rights properly. |
