An Analysis of Ways to Increase Peasants'''' Income in China Today

While helping peasants out of poverty is the key to solve the three problems concerning peasants,rural areas and agriculture in today's China,the key to help peasants out of poverty is to increase their income.In this paper,both functions of peasant income increase and factors restraining the increase of peasant income are explored.But the focus of this paper is to explore the ways to increase peasant income,such as the flow of the surplus labor from rural areas to cities,the increase of investment in education,simpler administration,the reformation of the land system,and the adjustment of the industrial structure in rural areas.
