生态移民对牧民生产生活方式的影响--以内蒙古正蓝旗敖力克嘎查为例

在我国生态环境问题日益严重的今天,生态移民作为解决我国生态环境问题的重要措施越来越受到人们的关注.生态移民的实施效果如何,是直接关系到生态环境保护和人类自身发展能否同时得以实现的重要问题.敖力克作为锡林郭勒盟围封转移工程中第一个实施整体搬迁的嘎查(行政村),其发展变化倍受各方面的关注.教育部人文社会科学重大项目"内蒙古生态环境状况、问题、对策研究"课题组,于2002年和2003年先后两次对敖力克进行实地调查,通过访谈和问卷调查,收集了大量的第一手资料.本文就是这两次调查的研究结果.

The Impact of Migration on Nomadic Existence: Taking Aolike Gacha of Zhenglan Banner of Inner Mongolian For Example

With serious ecological environmental problem arising,migration and its effect,as an important solution to environmental problem,are drawing much more attention.Migration is closely related to whether the environmental protection and human development can go ahead simultaneously.Aolike is the first migrated Gacha of Xilinguole League.The team of the research program dealing with the ecological state,problems and countermeasures in inner Mongolian did fieldwork twice separately in 2002 and 2003 and collected a lot of first-hand materials.This article is the product of the program.
