| 摘 要： | 循证医学与传统医学不尽相同,循证医学强调证据和医生经验的结合,对病情的治疗更求客观证据。近年来,循证医学在我国悄然兴起,目前,临床教学、实践工作中广泛采用循证医学思想,改变了一些陈旧的观念及对人类无益的药物,改善了疗效。不仅如此,循证医学对医学界人士和医疗决策都发生着重大的影响。

| Abstract: | Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) is different from traditional medicine in that the practice of EBM comes from evidence and experience of doctors, and the objective evidence has a key role in clinical practice. Recently, EBM has been prevalent in China. At present, EBM has been widely applied in clinical practice and teaching, out-of-date conceptions and useless drugs are eliminated, and the efficacy of medical therapy is improved. At the same time, EBM has influenced the doctor's thought and medical strategic decision. |
