| 摘 要： | 讨论了现代社会中的风险以及社会保障对风险的规避作用。社会保障由于其内在的社会性、互济性、调节性,构成了现代社会的稳定机制。它对风险进行再分配,对社会成员提供安全保障,重建信任,增强了人们对风险的抵抗能力。

| Abstract: | The text discusses the risks in modern society and the function of the social security on the evasion of the risks.Because of its inherent sociality,reciprocity and modulability,the social security forms a stable mechanism of modern society.Through redistributing the risk,providing security for social members and rebuilding the trust,it increases people's capacity to resist the risk. |
