| 摘 要： | 保险合同的告知义务是保险法所规定的一项法定义务,告知义务制度的合理构建也是保险业赖以生存的基石。本文依据保险法理论和我国保险法的有关规定,对我国保险告知义务主体、告知范围、告知义务之违反的法律后果等问题进行了初步讨论。

| Abstract: | The apprize duty in an insurance contract is a legal duty prescribed in the insurance law, and a rational establishment of apprize duty system is the foundation of insurance business. This article proposes a preliminary discussion of such issues as insurance apprize duty subject, scope and the legal consequences of law breaking according to insurance law theory and relevant regulations in insurance law in China. |
