建构与再造:明代土司承袭制度研究

土司承袭关系到土司政权的稳定以及中央政府对土司政权的有效管理,也是土司制度的核心内容之一。本文以"建构与再造"为主线,系统深入地研究了明代土司承袭制度的内容及其特点,展示了明代各朝在土司承袭过程中,为了防止作弊假冒,制定了一系列管理办法,不断完善土司承袭制度,以加强对土司的控制,进而确保土司政治稳定,以体现中央政府在土司政权中的威望。

Construction and Rebuilding: the Study of Tusi Inheriting System during the Ming Dynasty

the Tusi inheriting system has a strong relationship with the stability of Tusi regime and the central government’s effective controlling about the Tusi regime.And also it is the central study of the Tusi institution.This paper makes a systemic study on the inheriting system during the Ming dynasty based on "Construction and Rebuilding",which shows how the central government in each generation took some measures in order to avoid cheating,made laws to perfect the inheriting system,and reinforced the control about Tusi to strengthen the political stability of Tusi and enhance its prestige in Tusi.
