论舆论引导在高校突发事件中的作用

随着高校开放性、社会化程度越来越高,高校突发事件日益成为社会关注的热点,舆论引导在维稳中具有重要作用。在全面剖析高校突发事件舆论引导内涵的基础上,探索舆论导向作用发挥规律,讨论了高校突发事件舆论引导的不足并进行失利原因分析,同时从四方面提出构建高校舆论引导作用发挥机制:一是科学把握信息发布原则,确保舆论引导途径通畅;二是快速掌控突发事件的消息传播,杜绝谣言滋生;三是突出主流意识,牢固掌握舆论引导的制高点;四是坚持以人为本,彰显舆论引导的教育作用。对提升高校危机应对与处理能力,促进和谐校园建设有一定的借鉴意义。

On the Role of Public Opinion Guidance in Unexpected Incidents Management in Universities

The opening and socialization of universities make unexpected incidents in universities an increasingly hot social concern,in the management of which public opinion guidance plays an important role.Based on a detailed analysis of the meaning of public opinion guidance in unexpected incident management in universities,this paper explores the operating principles of public opinion guidance,discusses the reasons for the defects of and failure in public opinion guidance in incident management in universities and suggests that the mechanism of public opinion guidance in unexpected incident management in universities should be construced from four aspects.The first one is to master the principle of information issue to ensure the free passage of public opinion guidance;the second one is to take initiative in information dissemination to stop rumors;the third one is to emphasize mainstream values and establish dominance in public opinion guidance;the forth one is to persist the people-oriented stand to perform the educational function of public opinion guidance.The discussion is of help to the promotion of university ability to manage unexpected incidents and to construct harmonious campus.
