新生代农民工素养与政治参与关系略论

新生代农民工成为新市民是我国城市化过程的一个重要内容,而提高其政治参与水平是他们融入城市生活的必要保障。新生代农民工素养不高,既影响他们政治参与的意愿和能力,也使他们政治参与的质量和水平难以得到提高。针对其素养现状,研究新生代农民工自身素养对其进行政治参与的影响,理清新生代农民工素养与其政治参与之间的关系;揭示公民素养对政治参与的作用机理,以实现清除新生代农民工政治参与的主体障碍,从而进一步提高其政治参与的水平。

A STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE NEW GENERATION MIGRANT WORKERS’ QUALITY AND THEIR POLITICAL PARTICIPATION

The new generation migrant workers’ effective participation in politics is the necessary guarantee for them to adapt to city life.The fact that the new generation of migrant workers does not have high quality not only affects their willingness and ability of political participation,but also makes it difficultly for them to improve the quality and level of their political participation.In the light of the status quo of quality of the new generation migrant workers,the author analyzes how the personal quality of the new generation migrant workers affects their political participation,and reveals the mechanism of such influence.It is hoped that this paper may help remove the major obstacles to their political participation and therefore improve their quality and level of political participation.
