从赵姨娘形象看等级制度与专制制度对人性的扭曲

《红楼梦》中的赵姨娘是一个既可怜又可恶的人物。可怜之处在于她深受宗法等级制度和家长专制制度的欺凌压迫，可恨之处在于她又是这个制度的认同者和维护者。她自己被入欺，又强烈地渴望欺人，在这个人物身上，主性和奴性都很鲜明。曹雪芹通过这个人物形象揭露了化育这种人性的等级制度和专制制度的罪恶。只要这种制度存在，“赵姨娘性”就会存在。

Zhao Yiniang in Hong Lou Meng is depicted as both a poor and abominable woman. She is poor because she is deeply bullied by both the religious hierarchy and parents＇ tyranny. She is abominable because she is also the accepter and protector of this system. While she herself is bullied by the others, she is also eager for bullying the others. She is obviously the symbol of both hostess and servant. Cao Xueqin depicts this character for revealing the evil of the system imposing on human nature. If only hierarchy and power politics exist, persons like Zhao Yiniang will ever exist.
