摘    要:职业生涯管理理论有其内在的逻辑结构,系统地厘清其内在的理论内容、层次、难点及其未来的发展趋势.有助于深化该领域的理论研究和指导其在实践中的具体操作.本文从职业生涯管理理论的核心理念出发,对职业生涯管理领域有广泛影响的职业选择、发展、探索决策、主动建构等代表性理论进行了综述,揭示了其理论贡献和局限及其未来发展趋势,并在此基础上建立了职业生涯管理的实践操作模型.

Abstract:Career management theory possesses intrinsic logic framework. Clarifying systemically itscontents, levels, focus as well as the tendency of development in the future helps to deepen the theoreti-cal research in this field and practical operation. This paper, based on the core of career managementtheory, sums up some influential representative theories consisting of career selection, development, ex-ploring, and construction and displays its theoretical contribution, limitation and its development trend.Meanwhile, it sets up practical operational model.
