评新版《俄罗斯联邦对外政策构想》

2008年7月梅德韦杰夫总统批准的新版《俄罗斯联邦对外政策构想》系统地阐述了俄外交政策的目标、原则和优先方向,明确地传达了俄更加积极主动地参与制定国际议程、构建世界新秩序的抱负和恢复自身大国地位的信心。新版《构想》继承了2000年版《构想》的大部分内容,其中包括普京的外交路线和多项政策原则,同时调整了对一系列国际问题和地区的政策立场。未来梅普组合外交政策的基本内容是:抵制美国的单极霸权图谋和遏俄战略,致力于同欧盟建立战略伙伴关系,进而共建没有分界线的"大欧洲",进一步深化俄中战略协作和俄中印三边合作,加强联合国的协调中心作用和国际关系中的法律原则、集体原则及多边原则,促进公正民主的国际关系新体系的构建。
