| 摘 要： | 治法和治人的关系一直是中国思想家所关注的一个问题，历代儒家大多注重治人，黄宗羲提出“有治法而后有治人”的思想，达到了历史的高度。为了准确把握黄宗羲对治法和治人关系的认识，通过运用文本还原和中西比较的分析方法，探讨了治法的主要内容，得出黄宗羲的治法主张最终仍然滑向了对治人的期待。

| Abstract: | The relation between law of God and man of God is a very important question, and all the thinkers are concerned about it.Most confucianists attached importance to man of God,but Huang Zong-xi thought that law of God is before man of God.Huang Zong-xi differentiated legal system of emperor's and the whole people's,and then considered that law of God is more superior to man of God.Huang Zong-xi conceived the material law of God.The regretfulness is that his thought slides into the expectation of man of God. |
