| 摘 要： | 译者的身份是一个十分敏感的问题,它的定位对翻译产生极为重大的影响。论文试图通过对著名汉学家、翻译家霍克斯所翻译的《红楼梦》的译文分析,解构其译者身份的第二自我——"他我",以期对翻译研究——特别是对《红楼梦》的翻译研究产生一点启示,促进中西文化良性互动。

| Abstract: | The issue of translator's cultural identity is highly sensitive,the orientation of which exerts a considerable impact on translation.This paper attempts to deconstruct the alter ego-the second self in translator's identity of David Hawkes,who is also a sinologist,by reading his translation The Story of the Stone,in expectation of shedding some light on translation study,especially on Hong Lou Meng's translation,in order to promote the cultural communication between China and the western world. |
