| 摘 要： | 扩大内需是一项长期的战略方针 ,它有利于充分发挥我国国内市场巨大的优势 ,有利于我国减少对外部经济的依赖 ,增强抵御国际经济金融风险的能力。因此 ,必须采取完善社会保障制度、调整消费倾向和消费方式、加快结构调整、优化有效供给、建立我国中长期消费政策体系等对策 ,以扩大内需。

| Abstract: | Boosting domestic demand, as a long term strategic principle, helps fully use the huge domestic market of our country, decrease the dependence on the external trade, and enhance the abilities against international financial risks. Therefore, we must adopt several measures to expand domestic demands: improving the social security system, readjusting the consuming preference and pattern of consumption, quickening the structural adjustment, optimizing the effective supply, establishing middle and long term policy systems of consumption, etc. |
