摘    要:在高等教育大众化进程中,随着高校规模的迅速扩张,使得人才供需出现了失衡,导致了过度教育的产生。本文对我国现阶段的过度教育特征进行了探讨,认为我国的过度教育呈现出一种总量过多、结构性失衡的现象,且这种现象在我国将长期存在。并在此基础上,对我国过度教育产生的原因进行了分析并提出了相应对策。

Abstract:In the popularization process of higher education, the rapid expansion of the scale of higher education has caused the imbalance of graduates' supply and demand. It has also led to the excessive education. The article discusses the features of the over-education in our country at present stage. Believe that the over-education in our country present excessive gross quantity and imbalanced structure, and this phenomenon will exist in our country for long time. Based on these, author analyzed the causes of the over-education in our country and raised countermeasures.
