| Abstract: | In the process of transforming the industrial system in college and universities, a basic mode has to be established first. Then ,the assets of the industrial entity have to be evaluated, estate ownership cleared. Assets allocation and structure-setting of share ownership and capital stock have to be done properly. Besides, the personnel and allocation systems as well as the management system and operation mechanism of the industry after transformation have to be taken into consideration. |
